Little Blessings offers a number of programs that encourage biblical, academic, and social growth. A list of these programs and their descriptions can be found below.

Bible Time - It is our greatest desire to see our students develop a personal relationship with God by asking Jesus to be their Lord and Savior. In addition to learning about key Bible stories and Bible characters, the children are also taught solid biblical truths that help them understand how to live in a way that pleases God and brings Him glory and honor in all that they do.

Academics - We believe that early education is the foundation upon which all other learning experiences are built. At Little Blessings, the children are taught letters, numbers, colors, shapes, patterns, and basic math and science, as well listening and motor skills. The children also learn about their surrounding community through social studies.

Music, Movement, and Meditation - This program is broad in nature as it teaches the children a variety of skills related to music, movement, and following directions. The children learn about music and rhythm through dance, exercise activities, and games. They also have the opportunity to play with rhythm sticks and other musical instruments.

Creation Station - The children participate in arts and crafts that correlate with their lessons, as well as seasons, holidays, and special occasions. Michelle Komisor of Michelle's Art Pad comes to the preschool once each semester to lead the children in a special art project. Completed art projects are displayed at the spring art show which usually takes place in March or April.

Table Time - Table Time is a block of time—typically occurring at the beginning of the school day—where the children sit at the classroom tables and work on an activity that is related to their current Bible or academic lessons. After completing this activity, the children have the opportunity to choose from 2-4 additional activities in which to participate.

Social Time - At different times throughout the school day, the children are given periods of "free play" where they can choose different toys to play with or activities to do with their classmates. Social time enables the children to learn the value of socialization, interaction, and sharing as they participate in games and imaginative play with one another.

Show and Tell - The Little Blessings staff assign a color to each month during the school year. At a designated time, the children are encouraged to bring an item to class that matches the color of the month and tell their classmates about it. This activity encourages thinking skills, creativity, communication, and interaction with peers.

Field Trips - Once a month, the children visit the local library and participate in story and craft time. When the weather is fair, the children go on walks through the neighborhood, draw with chalk on the sidewalk outside the church, and have lunch on the church lawn (Ridley Avenue side.)
