Maggie McCans

Maggie is the director and teacher at Little Blessings. She has been in the field of education for over twenty years, teaching and substituting in both preschool and grades K-8. She operated a home daycare for over ten years and volunteered several years as a religious educator.   Maggie has volunteer experience with Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Girl Scouts as well.



Additionally, Maggie has been raising 8 children with her husband and a granddaughter joined the family in May 2015. She loves to decorate classroom bulletin boards and knows that PRESCHOOL IS COOL!!!

Lindsey Kimber

Lindsey joined our Little Blessings staff in September 2024 to teach both the Bible portion of our curriculum as well as the general preschool curriculum.

 

Lindsey and her husband Noah moved from Spokane, WA to Delaware County, PA in July 2024. Noah and Lindsey attend Aldan Union Church where Noah is the Pastor of Student Ministries.

 

Lindsey is currently pursuing her M. S. Degree in Clinical Mental Health counseling. With this degree she hopes with work with children and families who have experienced trauma.

 

Lindsey has vast experience working with children of all ages through tutors, work in ABA for autistic children and teaching Sunday school.

 

 Lindsey is very excited to work with you and your children this year and help them to know and love Jesus.

Paige Myers

Paige joined the LBCP family in the 2019/20 school year.  She previously worked at St. Stephen's Christian Preschool, also in Norwood.  She enjoys teaching Music & Movement, and helping in all aspects of our school day.

School Board

Our school board is made up of Norwood United Methodist Church members. They volunteer their time to help with the preschool; from finances, publicity, policies and guidelines, to fundraisers and other special events. They hold regular meetings and are a valuable resource and support for the preschool staff!
